摘要
目的建立快速检验龙胆药材质量的方法。方法在性状鉴别的基础上,采用显微数码成像技术,对龙胆类商品药材进行了显微鉴别。结果龙胆药材与其伪品通过不同的显微特征,可以一一区分。结论建立的方法简单、快捷、有效,可以控制龙胆药材的质量。
Objective To establish a rapid method for Radix Gentiana scabra Bge.by digital imaging technique.Methods Based on the morphological identifiion,we further studied the microscopic structures of the collected samples by digital imaging technique.Results Radix Gentiana scabra Bge.and its counterfeit goods were identificated respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,fast,effective and can control the quality of medicines Gentiana.
