摘要
目的探讨电子喉镜下应用间接喉钳摘除较大声带息肉的方法。方法对32例较大声带息肉患者,经鼻腔、咽喉黏膜表面麻醉后,在电子喉镜下应用间接喉钳摘除声带息肉。结果 32例中,31例一次摘除息肉,1例经第二次手术摘除。结论电子喉镜下应用间接喉钳摘除较大声带息肉,手术操作简单,患者痛苦少,节约费用,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the indirect method of removal of large vocal cord polyp with hose clamp under the electronic laryngoscope. Methods 32 cases of large vocal cord polyp patients, after the nasal cavity, throat mucosal surface anesthesia,were removed in the electronic hose clamp by indirect laryngoscopy vocal cord polyps. Results Of 32 cases,31 cases of a removal of polyps, 1 case was a second surgical removal. Conclusion E - hose clamp by indirect laryngoscopy under the large vocal cord polyp removed, the operation simple, the patient less pain, cost savings, are worth promoting.
