摘要
目的:总结纤维喉镜数字成像系统监视下导入微波治疗成人声带小结的效果。方法:局部麻醉下经纤维喉镜数字成像系统监视下导入微波治疗成人声带小结25例。结果:纤维喉镜数字成像系统监视下微波治疗成人声带小结总有效率为96%,术后恢复快、无并发症。结论:纤维喉镜数字成像系统监视下导入微波治疗成人声带小结是一种方便可行、疗效好,值得推广的方法。
Objective： To investigate the effect of microwave guided by fibrolaryngoscope imaging in treatment of vocal nodules in adults. Methods. With local anesthesia, 25 adults with vocal nodules recerived microwave treatment guided by fibrolaryngoscope imaging. Results： The total effective rate of microwave treatment guided by fibrolaryngoscope imaging was 96 %. The cases recovered quickly without postoperative complications. Conclusions： The technique of microwave guided by fibrolaryngoscope imaging is feasible, effective and simple in treatment of vocal nodules in adults, the method should be recommended.
