摘要
目的：探讨雌激素对胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法：男，女冠心病及绝经前，后四组病人，分别测定其血糖，血胰岛素，葡萄糖耐量试验（ＯＧＴＴ）及胰岛素释放试验（ＩＲＴ），并分别测定不同年龄组健康妇女的ＯＧＴＴ及ＩＲＴ，结果：育龄组ＯＧＴＴ及ＩＲＴ水平较低，与男，女冠心病组及绝经组比较有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．０１）。年龄〈４０岁及绝经前妇女的ＯＧＴＴ及ＩＲＴ水平较绝经后妇女低，其间有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．
Objective:To study the effects of estrogen on insulin resistance.Methods:57 patients were grouped as follow:male coronary artery disease (CAD) patients,female CAD patients,postmenopausal women and sexual maturity women:The blood glucose,blood insulin,oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and insulin release test (IRT) in four groups were measured respectively.The OGTT and IRT of women in different age were also measured.Results:The OGTT and IRT in sexual maturity group was markedly lower levels compared with other three groups,between sexual maturity and other three groups have different significantly.The OGTT and IRT in premenopause women and before 40 years of age women was significantly lower levels compared with postmenopausal female.Between sexual maturity and postmenopausal group have different significantly.Conclusion:It was thought that the different levels of OGTT and IRT in women of postmenopausal and premenopausal might be related to the estrogen reduced insulin resistance,and elevated insulin sensitivity.
