摘要
导师队伍建设是研究生教育质量提升的关键。在导师队伍建设中应坚持"以人为本、研究至上、合理流动、动态激励"的原则,建设一支以学术带头人为核心,学历结构、学缘结构、知识结构合理,科研能力较强,学术潜力较大,充满活力的导师梯队是提升研究生教育质量的关键。
The construction of the tutor team plays a key role in postgraduate education. We should take＂humanism,research first,promotion of appropriate talent flow,a dynamic incentive model＂as a guiding principle for the construction of the tutor team. Construction of an academic leader as the core,a reasonable academic structure,school edge structure and reasonable knowledge structure,a strong research capacity and a larger academic potential,a dynamic tutor team are the key to improve the quality of postgraduate education.
