摘要
医用乳胶手套包装纸自动成型机用于生产无菌医用乳胶手套的包装工序。该设备结构紧凑、自动化程度高、可靠性好,满足了生产实际需求。该设备的设计过程是对我国包装纸自动成型设备设计的一次自主创新。文章对该机工作原理和整机协调性以及取纸、折边、压痕系统等三个主要部分进行了重点阐述。
It automatic molding machine is used on the package section on production line of medica sterile latex gloves.The machine is compact structure,high degree of automation and reliability to meet the needs of production.The design of the machine is a self-innovation on paper automatic molding in China.The article is focus on the principles,woking coordination and design ideas on three key stations of the machine.
