摘要
介绍了全新机电一体化信封式条状包装机的开发设计,详细阐述了所设计包装机的机械系统结构原理、气动系统原理和控制系统原理及控制程序流程。样机试用结果表明,本设计解决了信封式条包用自动化包装机械的问题。
In this paper we introduce a new design of the mechatronic integrated “envelop style strip packing machine”. We particularly explain the principles of its mechanical configuration, pneumatic system, control unit and control flow. The test and probation on the sample machine shows that our design is an innovation to the “envelop style strip auto packing” puzzle.
