摘要
指出了敌百虫生产工艺及生产过程中冷凝器结晶、酯化液含酸高、真空泵点蚀和结焦、尾气水洗塔淹塔等常见问题,通过工艺改进解决了这些问题,为实现稳定长周期的生产运行发挥了作用。
Some problems during production of trichlorfon were introduced,such as crystallization in the condenser,higher acid content in esterifying liquid,pitting corrosion and coking of the vacuum pumps,flood of gas washing tower and so on.In order to ensure stable long-period production,these problems was solved by improvement of production process.
