摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对番石榴叶挥发油的化学成分进行了分析,共分出93个峰,鉴定了60种成分,占挥发油总量的90.56％,该挥发油主成分为倍半萜类与单萜类。
The constituents of essential oils from the leaves of Psidium guajava linn were analyzed by GC-MS qualitatively and quantitatively. Sixty compounds of the essential oils were identified at rate 90.56% . The major components were caryophyl-lene (18.81 %) ,copaene (11.80%), [ 1aR-( 1αa,4αa,7α,7aβ,7bα)]-decahydro-1, 1,7-trimethyl-4-methylene-1H-cycloprop[e] azulene(l0.27%) ,eucalyptol(7.36%).
