摘要
采用机械共混-模压法制备了聚醚砜(PESU)/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)/苎麻纤维(RF)复合材料,研究了复合材料的摩擦学性能,并用扫描电子显微镜对磨损表面进行了观察与分析,在此基础上探讨了复合材料的磨损机理。结果表明,用机械共混-模压法制备PESU/PTFE/RF复合材料是可行的;与PESU相比,复合材料的摩擦学性能得到了提高;随着RF含量的增加,复合材料的磨损机理发生了由犁削、粘着磨损向疲劳磨损的转变。
PESU/PTFE/RF composite was prepared by blend-compression method with torque rtheometer. The tribology behavior was investigated by the friction and wear experiment. The worn surface of the Composite was studied by SEM technique, and on the base of it, the wear mechanism was analyzed. Results showed that preparing PESU/PTFE/RF composite of good tribology performance by the compression molding was possible; with the adding of RF content, the wear mechanism changed from micrecutting, transfer wear to fatigue wear.
