钛酸钾晶须增强聚醚砜复合材料的流变性能及形态 被引量:1

Rheological Behavior and Morphology of the Composites of Poly(Ether Sulfone) Reinforced with Potassium Titanate Whisker

摘要 研究钛酸钾晶须(TK)增强聚醚砜(PES)复合材料的流变性能及形态.结果表明,PES/TK复合材料各个样品的熔体皆为非牛顿流体,在低剪切应力时呈现剪切增稠趋势,在高剪切应力区呈现剪切变稀趋势,75/25样品为假塑性流体.PES及其复合材料的粘流活化能较大,表观粘度对温度极为敏感;晶须的含量增加,PES/TK复合材料的粘流活化能升高;晶须含量及温度不同时,流动状态也不同. A series of poly(ether sulfone)/potassium titanate whisker (PES/TK) composites was prepared by means of twin-screw extruder. The rheological behavior and morphology were characterized by means of Rheometer(XYL-Ⅱ) and SEM respsctively. The results showed that PES and its composites with TK were Non-Newtonian fluid, and they exhibited shearing thickening trend at low shearing stress, exhibited shearing thining trend at high shearing stress. Viscos flowing activation energy of PES/TK was increased with TK content. The flowing morphology of PES/TK of which the TK content was different was different. Tile flowing morphology of the same PES/TK composites changed with the change of temperature. Viscos flowing activation energies of PES and PES/TK were over 100 kJ/mol, so their melting viscosity could be apparently decreased by raising temperature.
