摘要
运用Moldflow软件对超薄花盆塑料件的普通注射成型及高光注射成型进行模拟分析。结果表明,采用高光注射成型超薄塑料件解决了普通注射成型难以解决的短射问题,避免了普通注射成型需依赖高注塑压力的现象,且缩短了熔接痕的长度,改善了塑料件的表观质量。
The moldflow software was used to simulate the general molding and the high-light molding of the ultra-thin plastic flower pots.The results showed that the high-light molding process solved the ultra-thin plastic′s short shot defect which was difficult to solve in the traditional molding,avoided high injection pressure in the traditional molding,Shortened the length of the weld line and improved the apparent quality of the product.
