摘要
以车载蓝牙高光模具和模温控制系统为基础,利用快速热冷循环成型技术对塑件表面质量的影响因素进行试验研究。探讨了模温对塑件质量的影响,应用CAE软件对塑件的设计缺陷进行预测,并对传统线型与随形介质通道注射模进行了传热分析,肯定了随形介质通道的理论研究及应用价值。试验表明:随形介质通道及快速热冷循环成型技术能有效地消除塑件表面的熔接线、流纹、表面色差等缺陷从而获得高光无痕塑件,免去后继的喷涂工艺,是一种环保、节能型注射新技术。
RHCM technology was used to investigate the influence of mould temperature on the quality of an in-vehicle bluetooth formed in a highlight mould.CAE software was applied to predict the design defect and analysis was made on conventional linear channel and conformal medium channel injection mould,which proved the academic research and application value of conformal medium channel.The results show that conformal medium channel and RHCM technology can effectively eliminate the weld lines,flow lines,surface color difference and other surface defects,thus highlight and traceless plastic products can be obtained and the subsequent spraying process is no longer needed.
