摘要
服务外包产业是智力人才密集型的现代服务业,具有信息技术承载度高、附加值大、资源消耗低、环境污染少、吸纳大学生就业能力强、国际化水平高等特点。近年,随着经济全球化和我国产业结构的调整,我国离岸服务外包产业得到了迅猛发展。应调整人才培养模式,提升人才质量;培养离岸服务外包自主品牌;提升产业整体竞争力,推动我国离岸服务外包产业发展的政策措施。
The outsourcing industry is part of the talent- intensive and modern service industry, with the characteristics such as high capacity of the information technology, big added value, low resource consumption and environment pollution, high admiration to college students employments and high level of the internalization. In recent years, with economic globalization and the adjustments of industry structure in China, the Chinese off-shoring industry got rapid developments. This paper analyses the motivation os the off-shoring industry developments and the status in quo of the interational off- shoring industry, through the elaboration of the Chinese off-shoring industry status in quo and problems, and then makes some suggestions to promote the developments of the off-shoring industry in China.
