摘要
服务外包作为全球产业转移过程的一个必然趋势,近年来受到越来越多国家的关注和重视,并有着较快的发展,然而我国目前承接国际服务外包的水平则相对落后。在当前全球金融危机的背景下,我们更应审时度势,把握国际服务外包业发展的新趋势,研究我国发展服务外包业所面临的新形势、新问题,抓住机遇加快发展服务外包业。
Service outsourcing is a certain trend during the worldwide industry transferring.In recent years,More and more countries have attached importance to it and it has developed very fast.However,but we are falling behind in this area.In face of the worldwide financial crisis,we should make reasonable judgment,follow closely the international developing trend of service outsourcing,and investigate the new situation and problems we face during relevant business running so that to develop it to a higher and better level.
