摘要
为预防和减轻肌肉注射时疼痛,减少肌肉注射后硬结形成。在普通7号不锈钢针头原针孔的背侧,距针尖4mm处钻一直径为0.5mm的侧孔(不贯通),制成单腔双孔肌肉注射针,使肌肉注射时,药液在局部组织形成喷淋和双向分流,降低了药物在局部组织中的浓度,减少药液刺激,便于吸收。经临床30例病人485次肌肉注射配对效果比较,应用单腔双孔肌肉注射针头后疼痛及硬结发生率明显减少,与采用普通针头比较,有显著差异(P<0.005)。
Making of syringe needle with single cavity and diplopore is for preventing and reducing the pain induced by i.m.injection.A hole (diameter 0.5 mm,no break-over)is drilled in the back of the usual No.7 stainless needle at a 4 mm distance from the needle point.By using this needle,the drug solution is sprayed by two-way in the injection site.According to matched comparison of 485 times(30 patients)of i.m.injection,it is indicated that advantages of using this needle are mild pain,less induration and it is preferable to the usual needle.
