摘要
综述了我国静脉注射剂中不溶性微粒的污染现状及控制措施的研究进展,对不溶性微粒的特性及测定方法进行总结,同时比较了美、英、日、中四国药典对不溶性微粒的检测方法及限度。针对各环节采取相应措施控制不溶性微粒的污染,提高静脉注射剂的质量。
This paper analyzed the present state of intravenous injection pollution by particulate matter, summarized the character , detected methods, meanwhile, compared the detecting methods and limit of particulate matter of USA , UK , Japan and China. Several measures provided for control pollution by particulate matter to raise the quality of intravenous injection.
