摘要
目的通过超声对不伴梗阻的输尿管结石进行检查,提出超声诊断输尿管结石的具体操作手法及体会,更进一步认识超声在不伴梗阻的输尿管结石诊断中的应用价值。方法对已经证实的输尿管结石患者进行回顾性总结,并对180例检查结果进行分析。结果不伴梗阻的输尿管结石由于多方面原因,部分病例出现漏诊,漏诊率约8.3%。结论超声是诊断不伴梗阻的输尿管结石简便、准确、有效的检测方法 ,是临床首选的检查方法之一,可为临床拟定治疗方案提供可靠的诊断依据。
Objective To discuss the applied value of ultrasound diagnosis in examing ureteral stone without obstruction. Methods Patients with ureteral stones confirmed in our hospital 180 were reviewed and analyzed. Results Ureteral stones withont obstruction resulted from different causes, some cases were missed in the process of diagnosis, the rate of missed diagnosis was about 8.3% . Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis is a simple, accurate and effective detection method in examing ureteral stone without obstruction, which is an ideal approach in cliaical examination and can provide a reliable diagnosis.
