摘要
目的使用加压装置以提高超声对输尿管结石的检出率。方法设计并使用加压装置,对可疑输尿管结石者行利尿加压法检查,以增强超声对输尿管结石显像。结果使用加压装置后输尿管结石检出率由常规超声的30.1%提高到95.4%,X线静脉肾孟造影检出率90.6%。结论使用加压装置显著提高了超声输尿管结石的检出率,较X线静脉肾盂造影略高,同时,工作效率显著提高,值得推广。
Objective Using the pressure device to enhance the detection rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of ureteral calculi.Methods In order to better display the ureteral calculi by ultrasonography,design and use the pressure device to check the patients that suspected ureteral calculi through the use of diuretic and pressure device.Results The detection rate of ureteral calculi by conventional ultrasonography and IVP were 30.1% and 90.6%.Through the use of pressure device,the detection rate increased to 95.4%.Conclusion The use of pressure device enhance the detection rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of ureteral calculi significantly,and slightly better than IVP.At the same time,working efficiency enhance significantly.It is should be promoted.
