摘要
采用Bligh-Dyer法和氢氧化钾-甲醇法对龙头鱼的脂肪酸成分进行提取和甲酯化后,利用气相色谱-质谱对其中的脂肪酸成分进行了分析测定.结果表明:Bligh-Dyer法具有较高的提取效率;在检出的15种脂肪酸中,不饱和脂肪酸占多数,其中的4,7,10,13,16,19-二十二碳六烯酸甲酯和5,8,11,14,17-二十碳五烯酸甲酯的相对含量分别达到9.37%和5.55%.
The contents of fatty acids in Harpodon nehereus were determined by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry following Bligh-Dyer extraction and potassium hydroxide-methanol esterfication.The results showed that Bligh-Dyer extraction exhibits a high extraction efficiency.Unsaturated fatty acid are the main components in the fifteen kinds of fatty acids found in Harpodon nehereus,in which the relative content of 4,7,10,13,16,19-Docosahexaenoic acid methyl ester and 5,8,11,14,17-Eicosapentaenoic acid methyl ester is 9.37% and 5.55% respectively.
