摘要
分析了当前煤矿电动机经常烧毁、矿用电动机智能保护器设计存在的问题,设计一种基于CAN总线配合GPRS通信技术完成监测控制的电动机智能保护器。重点介绍该保护器的软、硬件设计方案。通过模拟现场试验,新型矿用电动机智能保护器能有效保护电动机。
On the basis of analyzing the frequent burning of present coal mining motor and the shortcomings existing in mining intelligent protector of motor,the intelligent protector of motor is designed based on the CAN-bus and GPRS communication technology to implement monitoring control. The software and hardware design of the protector and the passed field simulation experiment to verify the protector can effectively protect the motor in introduced.
