摘要 本文首先分析了国际上几种主要的液压支架电液控制系统的通讯实现方法,指出原有方法中存在的不足。采用了CAN总线实现综采面支架控制器的互连。针对煤矿对现场总线本质安全防爆的要求,采用了改进的统一供电法,设计了电源适配器和通讯适配器。取得了良好的应用效果。 Firstly, this paper analyses the communication means of the main products on hydraulic powered support electric and hydraulic control system. Deficiency of the original means is indicated. CAN bus is applied to realize the interconnection between controllers of hydraulic powered support. According to the EX i explosion-proof request on field bus used in coal mine, improved uniform power supply is adopted. Power supply adapter and communication adapter is designed also. Good result is received.
