摘要
目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗交通伤后肢体皮肤缺损晚期感染创面的治疗效果。方法:应用MEBO治疗交通伤后肢体皮肤缺损晚期感染创面26例,其中肢体皮肤撕脱伤植皮术后晚期创面14例,肢体严重损毁截肢术后残余创面6例,肢体皮肤缺损未植皮晚期创面6例,治疗时间为伤后3周至5周。结果:26例交通伤后晚期感染性创面全部愈合,疗程最短者2周,最长者5周。结论:对难治性交通伤后肢体皮肤缺损晚期感染性创面,及时使用MEBO治疗,能有效控制创面感染,促进创面愈合。
Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO in treating later stage infected wounds of limb skin defect caused by traffic injury. Method： 26 cases of the later stage infected wounds of limb skin defect caused by traffic injury were collected. Of them, 14 eases had the later stage wounds of skin grafting for limb skin laceration, 6 cases had residual wounds of limb amputation of severe damage cases and the rest 6 cases had the wounds of limb skin defect without skin grafting. The period of wounds treatment with MEBO was 2- 6w after injury. Results： All of 26 eases healed with the shortest healing time of 2w and the longest healing time of 6w. Conclusion： For the hard healing infected wounds of limb skin defect after traffic injury, MEBO can control infection effectively and promote wound healing.
