摘要
目的:总结MEBO(湿润烧伤膏)治疗犬咬伤创面的临床疗效。方法:将52例犬咬伤创面患者随机分为MEBO治疗组和对照组,MEBO组用MEBO治疗,对照组采用雷佛奴尔纱条治疗。结果:MEBO能控制犬咬伤创面感染,改善创面血液及淋巴循环,促进创面肉芽组织和上皮再生。MEBO组创面较对照组创面的炎性渗出要少(P＜0．05),MEBO组犬咬伤创面的平均痊愈时间12．3±3．2 d明显短于对照组18．5±3．9 d(P＜0．05)。结论:MEBO治疗犬咬伤创面的临床疗效好,应用方便。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating dog bite wounds. Method： 52 cases of this disease were divided randomly into 2 groups. In one group, the wounds were treated with MEBO and in the other group wounds were treated with Rivanol gauze. Result： MEBO can control wound infection, improve blood and lymphatic circulation in wounds, promote wound granulation and epithelium regeneration and lessen inflammatory reaction. In MEBO group, the average wound healing time was 12. 3 ±3.2 days and in Rivanol group, 18.5 ±3. 9 days. The difference between the 2 groups was significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： MEBO is very efficacious in treating dog bite wounds. It is easy to apply.
