摘要
目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对糖尿病合并烧伤的治疗效果。方法:每20g MEBO中加入8个单位的胰岛素局部外用,同时给予全身应用抗生素、降糖、降脂等方法治疗。结果:50例患者中有47例创面自行愈合,3例因创面较大、较深,经治疗感染被控制后行手术植皮治疗,创面愈合。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病合并烧伤时,使创面开放,引流通畅,感染易被控制,痛苦小,优于其它疗法。
Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO in treating burns of diabetes patient with MEBO. Method： MEBO was prepared with adding 8 unit of insulin per 20g as topical drug. Then the prepared MEBO was applied to the burn wounds. Meanwhile, comprehensive treatments including antibiotics, hypoglycemic and lipid -lowering were also made. Results ： Of 50 cases, 47 cases reached to self - healing. The rest 3 cases healed after infection controlled and skin grafting made because the wounds were large and deep. Conclusion： Treating burns of diabetes patient with MEBO is superior to other method since the MEBO method has the advantages of wound exposed, smooth drainage , infection easily controlled and less pain.
