学习困难儿童与多不饱和脂肪酸的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨学习障碍(LD)儿童智力结构与高不饱和脂肪酸之间的相关性,为改善LD儿童的学习能力探索新的途径和方法。方法采用中国韦氏-儿童智力量表作为智力测试工具;依椐《中国食物成分表》进行膳食调查,计算高不饱和脂肪酸二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、二十碳四烯酸(AA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)的摄入量;采用气相色谱仪定量分析血清AA、DHA、EPA的含量;采用逐步回归分析DHA、AA、EPA与智商之间的相关性。结果LD组总智商、言语智商、操作智商、及11项分测验量表分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.000);LD组言语智商显著低于操作智商,LD组各项分测验之间差别显著,其中排图、拼物最好,常识、领悟最差;LD组儿童DHA、AA、EPA的摄入量均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.01),AA与总智商、言语智商、操作智商、分测验中的知识和领悟,DHA与言语智商和分测验中的领悟呈显著正相关关系(P值均<0.000),但两组儿童血清DHA、AA、EPA含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.1)。结论提示LD儿童智力特征可能与多不饱和脂肪酸食物摄入不足有关,合理补充益智的不饱和脂肪酸可能对改善LD的学习能力有所帮助。
