玉米自交系对低钾胁迫耐性的差异 被引量:33

摘要 采用耐低钾的玉米自交系T和一般的自交系C,以4水平钾浓度的水培方法进行对照研究.结果表明,在高钾情况下,两自交系干重几乎相同,随着钾浓度的下降,自交系T的干重明显大于自交系C;随钾浓度的下降,自交系C缺钾症状加重,而自交系T除一K处理外均无缺钾症状;缺乏钾素,自交系C的主根伸长增加及冠/根比下降程度比自交系T明显,但侧根数量较少,仅为自交系T的1/2~1/4;缺乏钾素,自交系T的植株含钾量高于自交系C,尤其根部,这种趋势更为明显;单位根重吸钾量,自交系T多于自交系C,并且随钾浓度降低,自交系T与自交系C吸钾量比值加大;根系吸K^+的同时释放H^+而引起溶液pH的下降,自交系T比自交系C明显得多. Two inbreds of Zea mays, T being is tolerant to K+ deficiency and C being sensitve to K+ deficiency, were grown in the presence of different concentrations of K+ . Several parameters were compared between two inbreds and characteristic differences in terms of K+ utilization were observed. The dry weight of both inbreds was nearly the same in the presence of high concentration of K+ but it was apparently higher in inbred T than inbred C with the decreasing of K+ supply. Symptom of K+ deficiency of inbred C was more obvious with the decrease of K+ supply. The dry weight of main root and top to root ratio in inbred C were conspicuously lower than those of inbred T due to K+ deficiency. Furthermore, the amount of lateral roots of inbred C was approximately one half or one fourth of that of inbred T. The capability of K+ absorption of the root treated with K+ deficiency was higher in inbred T than in inbred C. The difference in the capability became larger when assayed with decreasing concentrations of K+. K+ dependent H+ extrusion from the root treated with K+ deficiency was larger in inbred T than in inbred C.
