摘要
以耐低钾与不耐低钾的玉米自交系为试验材料,研究了它们在光合特性和根部性状上的差异。试验结果表明,在低钾条件下,耐低钾玉米自交系叶绿素含量、光合速率、根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积都明显高于不耐低钾的自交系。
The difference of the photosynthesis characteristic and the root properties were studied with L.K tolerance and little tolerance maize inbred lines.The result showed the chlorophyll content, the photosynthesis rate?the total absorbing area and active area of root of L.K tolerance maize inbred lines were higher than those of little tolerance maize inbred lines in low-potassium.
