磁共振弥散成像技术在超急性期脑梗死诊断中的价值

摘要 目的分析磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)技术在超急性期脑梗死诊断中的价值,了解超急性期脑梗死发病与诊断。方法对56例超急性期脑梗死患者6h内就诊时均首先经头颅CT扫描,然后进行MRI平扫和弥散成像(DWI)扫描,然后对可疑患者24h后复查,对其结果进行分析总结。结果 56例超急性期脑梗死患者24h确诊脑梗死CT扫描13例占23.2%,MRI常规扫描46例占82.1%,DWI扫描56例占100%。结论 DWI可以明确诊断超急性期脑梗死,同时有助与临床治疗。 Objective To analyze magnetic resonance diffusion -weighted imaging (DWI) in hyperacute cerebral infarction diagnosis, understanding of super - acute stage of cerebral infarction and diagnosis. Methods Totally 56 patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction within 6 hours after treatment, when both the first head CT scan, then MRI scan and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) scan, and then after 24 hours in patients with suspected review, analyze their results summary. Results 56 cases of super - acute stage of cerebral infarction 24 hours confirmed 13 cases of cerebral infarction in CT scanning accounted for 23.2% , MRI scans of 46 cases of conventional accounting for 82. 1% , DWI scans of 56 cases for 100%. Conclusion DWI can confirm the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction as well as help with clinical treatment.
