摘要
用VAMAG(威迈格)PLPLDTQ35t型“四合一”平板式车辆检测系统,对3辆不同类型的样车进行测试研究,初步探明了VAMAG车辆检测系统中“悬架效率”这一项目的测试原理和物理意义,分析了悬架效率与悬架系统相对阻尼比之间的内在联系,讨论了用悬架效率评价悬架减振性能的方法。
In this paper a new type of vehicle test equipment (VAMAG PLPLDTQ35t model“four in one” platform vehicle tester) was introduced. A minibus, an agricultural transporter and a subcompact car were selected to measure their suspension vibration attenuation performace with VAMAG platform vehicle tester. The physical concept and measuring principle of the item “suspension efficiency”, which is different from the technical terms about suspension used in China, has been basically clarified. A formula to express suspension efficiency was provided, and the inherent relationship between the suspension efficiency and the relative damping rate of suspension (measured according to Chinese national standard GB4783—84) was analyzed. The method to evaluate vibration attenuation ability of suspension by using suspension efficiency was discussed, and the important role of VAMAG platform vehicle tester in the test study of suspension vibration attenuation performance was also pointed out. The results indicate that the suspension efficiency is measured according to the change of load carried by vehicle wheels, it is more convenient to analyze vibration attenuation ability of suspension by using suspension efficiency than by using relative damping rate of suspension.
