摘要
车辆的行驶平顺性是车辆的一个重要性能指标,反映了车辆的乘坐舒适程度悬挂系统性能的好坏直接影响了车辆行驶平顺性传统的被动悬挂在提高车辆行驶平顺性方面已受到很大限制为了进一步提高车辆的行驶平顺性,近年来人们开展了对非被动悬挂的研究,用电子控制方法提高车辆悬挂系统的性能本文从建立车辆系统二自由度四分之一模型着手,用现代控制理论中的状态空间法对车辆悬挂系统的可控性与可观测性进行了分析,以国产BJ663旅行车悬挂系统的参数为例,得出了该车悬挂系统是既可控又可观测的结论由于车辆悬挂系统是既可控又可观测的,因而可以对车辆悬挂系统进行最优控制为非被动悬挂的研究。
The passenger ride
comfort characteristics is one of the main performance indexes of vehicle,which is related to the
quality of vehicle suspension directly. The traditional passive suspension has become
incapacity in improving the ride comfort characteristics of vehicle .In recent years, in order to
improve the ride comfort characteristics of vehicle, the non-passive suspension using
electronic control method to improve the quality of suspension system has been studied. The
authors have built a quarter model with two freedoms of vehicle and by the state space
approach of modern control theory,the controllability and observability of vehicle suspension
system are discussed. Based on the analysis of the suspension system parameters of
domestic wagon BJ663,it is found that the vehicle suspension system is both controllable and
observable. Therefore optimal control method can be used to improve the quality of suspension
system,which offers a theoretical criterion of the study and design of non-passive suspension.
