早期机械通气治疗严重肺挫伤62例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结严重肺挫伤在ICU的救治经验,提高胸部创伤的救治成功率。方法回顾分析2003年1月至2009年12月在ICU收治的62例因严重的肺挫伤患者的临床资料,分析严重肺挫伤的治疗效果及措施。结果采取以机械通气为主的综合救治措施,治愈54例(87.10%),死亡8例(12.90%)。结论严重肺挫伤合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)时致死率高,早期使用机械通气为主的综合治疗措施是有效治疗的关键。
