摘要
目的:探讨银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭的发病机理和治疗措施。方法:选择该类患者12例,应用抗蛇 毒血清、机械通气等综合治疗。结果:经综合救治措施治疗,11例痊愈出院,1例死亡。结论:综合救治措施是抢救银 环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭最有效的方法。
Objective: To study the pathogenic mechanism and the treatment of Bungarus Multicintus bite with acute respiratory failure. Methods: 12 patients with acute respiratory failure by Bungarus Multicintus bite, the treatments included antivennin、mechanical ventilation,etc. Results: 11 cases survived successfully, and 1 case died. Conclusions: It suggests that combination treatment is an effective method for Bungarus Multicintus bite with acute respiratory failure.
