摘要
目的观察氯化镉(CdCl2)溶液腹腔注射对大鼠的急性毒性。方法通过预实验找出CdCl2染毒SD大鼠100%和0%死亡的剂量范围,求出正式试验的剂量比,以此等比级差设6个剂量实验组和1个对照组,每组8只大鼠,观察大鼠CdCl2急性中毒情况,采用改良寇氏法测定CdCl2溶液腹腔注射对大鼠的LD50。结果初步显示实验大鼠绝对致死量为26.00mg/kg,最大耐受剂量为11.54mg/kg,镉中毒大鼠一般在8h内死亡,少数在72h内死亡;CdCl2溶液腹腔注射对大鼠的LD50为18.37mg/kg,95%的可信区间是16.56~20.38mg/kg。结论参照我国职业性接触毒物危害程度分级标准,CdCl2为高度危害毒物,为镉化物的大鼠急性毒性补充了新的科学数据。
Aim To observe the acute toxicity of rats exposed i.p. to cadmium chloride (CdCl2),and determine the median lethal dose (LD50). Methods The dose range leading to the death rate 100% and 0% of Sprague-Dawley rats after exposed i.p. to CdCl2,and the rats were randomly divided into 6 experimental groups and 1 control group each consisted of 8 rats. Results The absolute lethal dose was 26.00 mg/kg and maximal tolerance dose was 11.54 mg/kg. The doses in each experimental groups was 26.00,22.10, 18.79, 15.97,13.57 and 11.54 mg/kg in tune. The rats usually died of Cd intoxication within 8 hours and a few of rats died in 72 hours. The LD50 of rats exposed i.p. to CdC12 was 18.37 mg/kg,with a 95% confidence interval of 16.56-20.38 mg/kg. Conclusions The CdCl2 is a kind of high toxic chemicals according to the harmful classification of occupational exposed poison in China,This experiment has offered scientific data for acute toxicity test of cadmium compounds.
