Study on the Process Mineralogy of Ores from Deep Orebody of Tonglvshan

摘要 通过工艺矿物学研究,查明了铜绿山深部矿体矿石的矿物组成,铜、铁赋存形式,矿石结构、构造及主要金属矿物的嵌布特征。研究表明:深部矿体矿石中的铜矿物以黄铜矿等硫化矿物为主,但其相互交代残余严重,嵌布粒度不均匀,对铜矿物的分选具有不利影响;铁矿物则以磁铁矿和赤铁矿为主,氧化铁的占有率在35.19%,并且氧化铁的嵌布粒度较细,给铁的回收造成一定困难。 The process mineralogy study was made to identify the mineral composition,copper and iron occurrence forms,ores structure and dissemination of main metallic mineral of deep-orebody of Tonglvshan.The results show that,in the ores from deep-orebody,the chalcopyrite of sulfide copper minerals is the main copper minerals,however,the sulfides have complex mutual metasomatic relict texture and nonuniform dissemination size,bringing adverse effects to the separation of copper;the magnetite and hematite are the main iron minerals,which the occupancy of iron oxide highly reach to 35.19%,and also having fine dissemination size,all of these make some difficulty to the recovery of iron.
