摘要 针对利用夹点技术设计换热网络时,计算时间长、强度大、过程复杂等特点,本文研究换热网络夹点技术,基于VC而设计夹点技术的换热网络综合软件。该软件可以根据冷、热物流相关数据,计算出系统所需要的冷、热公用工程的数值;绘制出换热系统的组合曲线、全局温焓曲线以及热级联图。同时,该软件还可根据换热网络设计规则设计换热网络;找出热负荷回路以及热负荷路径,合并换热器,满足不同最优换热网络目标的要求。该软件可大量节省计算时间,减小计算强度,简化计算过程。 For long time computation, large quantity and complex calculation when desinging heat exchanger network by meanst pinch technology, this paper designs the software of heat exchanger network synthesis based on VC which by mans of pinch technology method after the research of pinch technology method. The software can not only figure out the value of cold and hot utilities which is needed in the system, but also can draw composite curves, grand composite curves and cascade. Further more, heat exchanger network can be designed based on design rules, or can be optimized by searching heat path, heat loop and combine heat exchanger on rarious purposes. By introducing the software, the computing time and the computational intensity can be reduced, and the calculation process can be simplified.
