摘要
为研究分布式供能系统中动力子系统和换热网络的设计,以爱德医院分布式供能系统为研究对象,采用夹点技术对分布式供能系统的冷热流进行分析,寻找出夹点的位置,分析了换热网络的改进策略,最后对换热网络进行了改进。研究结果表明,内燃机作为动力子系统具有很好的优势,且通过换热网络的优化设计,使热负荷需求减少了107.07kW,大大降低了能量的消耗,节能效果显著。
in order to study the design of the power subsystem and exchanger network in the distributed energy systems, with the distributed energy system in Aide Hospital as the object of study, the hot and cold stream in distributed energy systems with the pinch technology is analyzed, then the location of the pinch is found. At the same time the improvement strategy of the heat exchanger network is analyzed, and the exchanger network i~ improved. The result shows that, the internal combustion engine has a good advantage as power subsystem, and the requirement of the heat load reduce 107.07 kW through the optimizing design of the heat exchange network, which has decreased the consumption of energy greatly. The saving effect was remarkable.
