摘要
以城市污水为处理对象,通过分析三氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、三氯化铝、聚合氯化铝、聚合硅酸硫酸铁等5种常用混凝剂的同步除磷效果,优选化学同步除磷药剂种类。结果表明,硫酸亚铁的同步除磷效果最佳,在进水TP为2.75 mg/L的条件下,按Fe/TP=1.2(铁与进水TP的物质的量之比)投加硫酸亚铁,可使出水TP降至0.5 mg/L以下,满足GB 18918—2002的一级A标准。在选择硫酸亚铁作为同步除磷药剂的条件下,当Fe/TP≤1.6时,Fe/TP值与出水TP和PO34-浓度均呈现较好的相关性。
The optimal selection of chemical for simultaneous chemical phosphorus removal from municipal wastewater was performed by analyzing simultaneous phosphorus removal effect by five kinds of conventional coagulants, such as ferric chloride, ferrous sulfate, aluminium chloride, polyaluminium chloride and polysilicic ferric sulfate. The results show that ferrous sulfate achieves the optimal phosphorus removal efficiency. When the influent TP is 2.75 rag/L, the addition of ferrous sulfate at Fe/TP (molar ratio) of 1.2 allows the effluent TP to decrease to below 0.5 mg/L, which meets the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 - 2002). When ferrous sulfate is the chemical for simultaneous chemical phosphorus removal, and Fe/TP is equal to or less than 1.6, Fe/TP has good correlation with the effluent TP and PO4^3- concentrations.
