摘要
利用厌氧生物滤池(AF)-复合式A/O工艺处理表面活性剂废水。结果表明,系统稳定运行后处理能力达到72 m3/d,COD去除率91.4%以上,出水COD保持在1 80 mg/L以内,NH3-N去除率96.2%以上,出水k NH3-N保持在2.9 mg/L以内;硫酸亚铁投加量控制在n(Fe)/n(TP)=1 0~1.4时,可使出水TP降至5 6 mg/L以内,各项指标均达标排放。
The anaerobic biological filter(AF)-hybrid A/0 process has been used to treat surfactant wastewater. The operation results indicated that the COD removal efficiency could reach 91.4%or above,and COD level in the effluent would keep below 180 mg/L when the system was steadily running with a processing capacity of 72 m3/d.Meanwhile,the NH3-N removal efficiency could be over 96.2%and NH3-N content in the effluent would be below 2.9 mg/L.Total phosphorus in the effluent could be reduced to below 5.6 mg/L when FeSO4 was dosed with in the ratio of iron to total phosphorus 1.0~1.4.All parameters could be compliant with the discharge standard after treatment.
