摘要
中国的政党制度源于中国社会的发展,是中国民主政治的重要组成部分。根据中国政党制度与中国民主成长的互动关系,中国的政党制度建设只有有效地嵌入国家制度体系,并融为一体,人民民主才能得到巩固与发展;同时,政党制度才能适应国家制度体系运行的内在要求而获得充分的保障与巩固,而政治协商是国家、政党互动的桥梁。
Chinese party system origins from the development of Chinese society.At the same time,it is the important element of Chinese democratic politics.The paper systematically make clear the mutual relation between party system and democratic growing up in China.Only through effectively embedding party system into the state institution and inosculating as a whole,in my opinion,can people＇s democracy be consolidated and developed.Moreover,party system can adequately be maintained and consolidated by complying with the inherent requirement of the operation of the state institution.Political negotiation is the bridge of interaction between state and party.
