摘要
目的组建消毒隔离质控团队,加强消毒隔离工作监控管理,对存在问题进行持续质量改进,以减少安全隐患,确保医疗质量和患者安全。方法发挥消毒隔离质控团队的作用,制定质控标准,定期巡查科室,针对存在的共性问题制定流程指引,指导临床工作,对个性问题给予必要指导,限期整改。结果发现906个问题,其中共性问题561个,个性问题345个,质控团队采取有效整改措施,规范了无菌物品、无菌技术、手卫生、职业防护等方面的管理,整改802个问题,整改率88.52%,其中共性问题520个,整改率92.69%;个性问题整改282个,整改率81.74%。结论消毒隔离质控团队在督导落实消毒隔离工作持续改进发挥重要作用;团队成员参与工作检查,能学习到相关知识,有利于做好本科室的消毒隔离工作。
OBJECTIVE By forming the team of disinfection and isolation for control and managememt, and improvement the quality. To sustainably improve the hidden trouble and ensure the patient safety. METHODS Brought the effect of isolated quality charges degassing team, worked out standard of quality charging, fixed a date to go on a tour of inspection of Clinical administrative or tehcnical office. Worked out technological process guide in specifically of Common character problems and guide clinically work. Gave necessary direction and reform individuality problem in setting time. RESULTS Of all 906 problems, 561 were common problems and 345 were individuality problems, Quality team adopt effective rectification measures and standard administration in aspect such as sterile article, sterile technology, hand hygiene , occupation protection. Reform the pices of 802 problems and the count was 88.52%. Which 520 were common problems and 282 were individuality problems, the counts were 92. 69% and 81.74%. CONCLUSIONS The effect of isolated quality charges degassing team plays an important role in disinfecting to sustain improvement. The member of team participate in the examination working, should learn the relevance knowledge and do well work.
