Id1在肝细胞癌中的表达及其与癌细胞分化程度的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨国人肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中细胞分化抑制蛋白Id1的表达及其与HCC临床病理生物学行为的关系,以探讨Id1在HCC发生、发展中的作用。方法 44例HCC及其癌旁组织中Id1蛋白的表达采用免疫组织化学技术进行检测;Id1的表达与肝癌的Edmondson病理分级之间的相关性用直线相关分析。结果在癌旁组织中和肝硬化组织中,Id1蛋白均有较高的阳性表达;HCC组织中Id1呈不同程度表达。分化程度高者呈强或中度表达,分化程度低者呈现弱或无表达。结果显示,HCC中Id1的表达水平与Edmondson分级呈反比(rs=0.63,P<0.01)。结论 HCC旁正常组织中,Id1蛋白高表达;HCC组织中的表达与癌细胞分化程度有关,分化程度高者阳性表达较高,分化程度低者,阳性表达弱或无,提示Id1可能与HCC的早期发生有关。 Objective To discuss the Id1 protein expression in Chinese hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and to analyze its correlation with clinical pathobiology. To study the role of Id1 in the development of HCC. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect Id1 protein expression in 44 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent-carcinoma tissues. Linear correlation was analyzed between Id1 expression and Edmondson grade, Results There were strong positive staining of Id1 protein in the adjacent normal tissues and liver cirrhosis. Higher differentiation HCC tissues showed strong or moderate expression, while there was weak or no expression of Id1 protein in the lower differentiation tissues. Statistical analysis showed that expression of Id1 in HCC was inverse correlation to the level of differentiation grade of Edmondson. Conclusion Id1 protein expresses in a higher level among the normal and cirrhosis tissues. The expression of Id1 protein in HCC tissues has relation with the hepatocellular differentiation. The higher differentiation HCC tissues expresses higher Id1 protein comparatively, while lower differentiation HCC tissues has no or weak expression. It suggests that Id1 may play a key role in the earlier occurrence in HCC.
