Objective To study the clinical characteristics and imaging analysis of moyamoya disease (MMD). Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 cases of moyamoya disease, observing the clinical characteristics and imaging anslysis. Results The patients, mostly children and young adults onset, mostly women. Course of multiple, mainly stroke and transient ischemic attack, cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage onset form of clinical manifestations of limb numbness weakness, hemiplegia, aphasia, headache, visual changes and other symptoms; CTA and DSA in the Willis found that blood vessel occlusion, stenosis and smoke-like capillary network formation, CTA of the disease have some positive findings. Conclusion For children and young adults repeated episodes of stroke patients to consider the possibility of MMD, it is recommended as soon as possible to check the DSA or CTA.
