摘要
通过复相凝聚法制备了价格低、性能高的相变储能微囊;微囊的壁材为明胶、阿拉伯胶复凝聚产物,芯材为十二醇。对不同干燥方式得到的微囊的储热性能和形貌进行比较,烘箱干燥和喷雾干燥所得微囊的储热密度分别为122.18J/g、100.15J/g,微囊的芯材包覆效率分别为56.7%(wt)、46.5%(wt);其中喷雾干燥得到的微囊成球性较好,得到近球形微囊,适于应用推广。
This study deals with the preparation and characterization of encapsulated lauryl alcohol.Melting point of lauryl alcohol is 24℃,so it shows a good potential as a solar-energy storage material.Charactors of microcapsules which are dried by different ways are different.Energy densitys of oven dried and spray dried microcapsules are 122.18J/g and100.15J/g ; weight rates of core are 56.7% and 46.5%,respectively.The microcapsules dired by spray dry wise are glomeration,and are more proper to generalize.
