摘要
高技术成果转化过程，实质上是技术创新的过程。企业作为技术创新的主体，是高技术成果转化的主力军。本文从技术创新和实证的角度出发，以北京市１２０家企业为样本，采用访问调查和问卷调查相结合的方式，对企业转化高技术成果的主要障碍因素进行了调查总结。然后根据层次分析法的基本原理，通过构造间接ｓａｔｙ判断矩阵，对障碍因素的层次结构进行了定量研究。最后，针对定量研究结果，本文作了几点评论，同时就化解主要障碍以促进高技术成果转化，提出了相应的政策建议。
The transformation process of high technology achievement is a process of technology innovation in essential. As the main body of technology innovation, the enterprise is also the main force to transform the high technology achievement. By interview and questionair, this paper first makes an investigation on the barriers in the transformation process of high technology achievements based on 120 samples of enterprises in Beijing City. Then by theory of AHP, the paper makes a quantitative analysis on the structure of the barriers. Finally, the paper concludes with some remarks and presents some policy suggestions to overcome the main barriers in order to speed up the transformation of high technology achievement.
