摘要
文章根据地勘单位属地化管理、企业化经营的要求，分析总结了地勘单位改革和发展现状，在充分肯定成绩、鼓舞斗志的基础上，提出进一步深化改革，大力推进向企业转化，同时切实加强财务管理、质量管理。
According to the demand of localized management and business management in geological prospecting units, the paper analyses the current situation of reform and development in geological prospecting units. On the basis of affirming the achievement, it points out that reform should be deepened and business management should be strengthened. Meanwhile, financial management, quality management, personnel management and information management should be strengthened.
