骨肉瘤化疗研究进展 被引量：19

摘要 骨肉瘤化疗尤其是新辅助化疗的不断进步,使得骨肉瘤患者预后大为改善。目前对骨肉瘤化疗的研究主要集中于如何克服肿瘤细胞耐药性、减少化疗毒性作用等方面,希望能在争取理想的肿瘤坏死率情况下,结合患者临床预后因素,制定个体化化疗方案,并通过给予新型治疗药物、改进药物组合、给药剂量、给药顺序和途径等方法,改善骨肉瘤患者的结局。该文就骨肉瘤新辅助化疗药物及方案的近期研究进展作一简要综述。
