摘要
目的调查实习学生锐器伤发生的原因、处理及防护,了解护理职业安全教育状况。方法运用自行设计的调查表对随机抽取的180名实习学生进行问卷调查。结果实习期间锐器伤的发生率为98.89%,实习期间个人受伤最大值为21次;伤后接种乙肝疫苗的只有19.66%;在医院得到防护指导为62.78%,在学校为13.33%。结论实习学生锐器伤发生率高,影响了学生的身心健康。认为增加职业安全教育势在必行,通过培养教师防护理念,积极预防接种乙肝疫苗,提高实习学生的防护能力,以减少锐器伤的发生机率。
Objective To investigate the reason,treatment and prevention of sharp injuries among nursing students during clinical practice and the situation of occupational safety education. Methods A self -designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 180 nursing students during clinical practice. Results As a result,98.89% of the students experienced sharp injuries during their clinical practice,and the maximum of personal injuries was 21 times. Only 19.66% of the students got hepatitis B vaccine after injury,and 62.78% of the students received protection guidance in hospitals,and 13.33% in schools（P=0.000）. Conclusion The occurrence rate of sharp injury is high among the nursing students during clinical practice,which has affected the students＇ physical and mental health. Therefore,it is imperative to improve occupational safety education. The teachers should strengthen the awareness of protection and vaccination against hepatitis B actively,in order to improve the students＇ protective abilities and reduce the incidence of sharp injuries.
