摘要
目的:了解临床护理管理人员对待开设医院感染与控制课程的态度及建议。方法:采用自编问卷,对68名临床护理管理人员进行调查。结果 :100%的临床护理管理人员认为有必要开设医院感染课程,97.06%的临床护理管理人员认为授课方式应为理论与见习并重,对拟开设的内容评分均大于3分(满分5分)。结论:有必要在学校单独开设医院感染课程,安排适当的医院见习课时,并加强职业防护、传染病预防与隔离等薄弱方面的学习。
Objective：To learn clinical nurse administrators＇ attitudes to and suggestions on nosocomial infection course. Method：Using self-designed questionnaire to survey 68 clinical nurse administrators. Results：100%of clinical nurse administrators thought it necessary to establish the curriculum of nosocomial infection. 97.06%of them believed that the teaching method should be paying equal attention to theory and practice. The supposed chapter contents were evaluated as no less than 3 （with full score of 5）. Conclusions：It is necessary to set up a curriculum of nosocomial infection, to arrange proper practice time in hospital, and strengthen students＇ knowledge about occupational protection, infectious diseases prevention and quarantine and so on.
