介绍了解放军总医院健康体检中心在开展体检后续服务方面的主要做法和经验,即通过构建高起点的健康管理服务体系提升体检后续服务;通过强强合作有效解决了体检后续服务的技术难点;利用专业化的呼叫中心保证了全天候的沟通服务;按照复合型知识结构的要求建设优秀的检后服务团队;依托特需医疗服务体系确保就医绿色通道的便捷畅通。
Practice and experiences on service followed physical examination in Health Center of PLA general hospital are as follows. Firstly,service followed physical examination has been improved by building high quality health management system. Secondly,technical difficulties have been solved by strong-strong cooperation. Thirdly,all time communication has been secured by professional call center. Fourthly,team of service followed physical examination has been built with multi-disciplines. Fifthly,medical green channel is unimpeded relying on the department of special need service.
